Rowan Queen Blues

Rowan Queen Blues is a game for the 2022 Cover Game Jam, under the theme of Rituals & Folklore. Three players work together as The Rowan Queen, a single authority [though not necessarily a single person] attempting to lead her people to safety against the oncoming threat of the Darkness.

Played via three-player cribbage, using a deck of Tarot cards, you will need these, or you can utilize the assets included in .zip file to set up an online playspace through the playingcards.io website.

Included in the rqb.zip folder:
- the basic game document PDF, which explains the basics of three-player cribbage as well as how to play Rowan Queen Blues
- a .pcio file that can be imported directly into playingcards.io for a ready-to-play room
- a .csv file for the custom-designed Oracle deck, which consists of the 22 Major Arcana and the 4 Queen cards, which can be imported into a deck inside your own playingcards.io room
- a folder with .png files at web-friendly resolution of all 26 card faces and the cropped art of the Rowan Queen Blues cover art which can be used as a card back.
